The Federal Reserve raises rates for the first time this year. The short-term rate range was raised to 0.5%-0.75% from 0.25%-0.50%. It was a widely expected move and the markets although expecting the decision, still reacted strongly. The Fed sees 3 more rate hikes in 2017. I have selected a few markets and their reaction.
